Larry Nelson was born in Santa Ana Ca. 7-17-1940. Was Raised by his parents Almen and Myrtle Nelson. With him, a sister Beverly, and three brothers: Lohrman, Bobby and Stanley. He graduated from Santa Ana High School and at the time was also working at Safeway Grocery store. He later was in management and retired 40 yrs. later. Larry married Pat Graser in 1961. Two children, Shawn and Greg. Larry and his family enjoyed fishing and camping. Motorcyles were a big part of their life. Riding in the desert and later racing. Father and son spent a lot of time at the track. Larry was in OCMC motorcyle club for many yrs. and the family was in the Lightweights club (a lot of good memories!). A big part of his life were his 4 grandchildren: Morgan, Dillon, Travis and Dane. He was always helping out, picking them up from school, and assisting with school projects. After 4 yrs. of battling cancer Larry is at rest. Survived by wife, 2 children, 4 grandkids, 2
brothers and a sister.
