My sister Carol was very dear to me, I had many happy times with her gowning up as kids. We were very close and thought it may not seem that we were very close to each other we were, it's just the many miles that kept us apart. I will miss her greatly, but will never forget her, she will always remain in my heart, my mind. May she rest in peace in heaven, and I am sure she will save me a spot next to her, she always did when were kids playing. bob

Just thinking of you, Carol, brings back so many happy memories. We have been friends for so long and shared great experiences. Gloria considered you a best friend and always had huge love and respect for you. It was interesting to see the two of you try to balance your very different political philosophies!! I tended to sit out those conversations being the smart person that I am....lol! You were the greatest of friends with each other despite those differing opinions. We knew you and Cyndi when you first got the mobile home---and we put together the housewarming party. I remember how excited and pleased you were with the party. Your beautiful dog Butch was such a sweet dog.
We worked together after Kirk's death(auto accident) to help Gloria survive his death. That was tough.
You became the voluntary "slave laborer" at the mountain cabin in Green Valley Lake. You went up early on the weekends and always took Nemo (our dog) with you. By the time we arrived the chili would be ready to eat. (Your secret ingredient was coffee....hah! A secret no longer!)Then we all would carry dry wall, mix cement, haul dirt, paint----and fish every day.
What fun we had!You always caught the largest and the most fish. Gloria could never figure out what you did that was different in order to have the best catch.
After Gloria died, you and Mary Ann were there to help me get through the lonely hours... which I felt very keenly. You drove me all over Riverside, Corona and Redlands to help me find a new place to live after I sold the condo.
I grieve your loss so much but my heart goes out to Mary Ann, Cyndi, Larry and your family because living without you will be so hard.
I am particularly sad for the pain you have suffered these last two years. It has been tough times but you were brave throughout it all.
I miss you. Little furry GiGi sends her love as always.

Remembering Carol I think of the times years ago when she visited New London, Ohio to visit
with family. More recently, we visited her and
Mary Ann when we were in California for Cynthia and Larry's wedding. What a great time we had,I remember Carol and Mary Ann taking us to the Casinos to spend the day and returning to their home for visiting. Carol was such a caring person and so much fun to be with. I wish we could have spent more time together. Cynthia has inherited much of carol's personality so she will carry on! Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family. Rest in Peace.

Carol we will so miss our laughs together and fun playing penny machines and you visiting our place with Mary Ann. It was always something we all looked so forward to even between all of our health issues. Your sense of humor and laugh was infectious.
We will never stop remembering you.
